Hey All, I'll be taking a break from ultimate and didn't want to just leave everyone hanging. Basically what's happening is my kidneys aren't working quite right and intensive exercise isn't the best thing right now. Also beer, seafood etc etc. It's been ruled out that it's anything drastic or
