Hey all, I work at Earth Treks and held a small ultimate frisbee clinic. I told some of the people that showed up about the Rockville pickup group and they were interested. Hey All, I'll be taking a break from ultimate and didn't want to just leave everyone hanging. Basically what's happening is my kidneys aren't working quite right and intensive exercise isn't the best thing right now.
